Real-time Detection & Control of Cigarette Weight System Based on TMS320F2812
In order to solve the problem of complex circuit construction, lag adjustment and instability in PASSIM 7K high-speed cigarette machine's weight control system, real-time detection & control System was designed based on TMS320F2812, one of TI's DSP chips.This paper mainly introduces the structure of the new system, gives the real-time control algorithms and the methods of software realizing.
