Construction and Application of Multi-Project Integration Control Platform for Aerospace Enterprise

  • To enhance the parallel development model project management, a multi-project integrated management and control platform is constructed for application. This platform covers the four basic elements of project management: plan management, schedule management, resource management and risk management. The multi-project integrated management and control platform provides efficient information method for aerospace enterprises' multi-project management and enhances the multi-model development plan full-cycle management level and key resources co-ordination ability significantly. It provides quantitative method for the control of project schedule and the monitoring and warning of risks. For policymakers, it provides effective data support and method of protection Therefore, the transformation of scientific research and production integrated management mode is promoted significantly.
