Study on Application of Improved Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process in Determining MOS' Location

  • 摘要: 机场最小起降带 (MOS) 位置的确定是一个受多种条件影响的综合评价问题, 可以用模糊层次分析法 (FAHP) 来求解.对影响MOS位置确定的主要因素进行分析, 按照相互隶属关系建立了一种MOS位置评价体系结构, 利用改进的FAHP (IFAHP) 确定评价指标的权重.兼顾提高权重计算精度和减少数据计算量两方面的要求, 提出了一种新的量化方法——5分标度法用于优先判断矩阵的建立.实例证明, IFAHP完全适用于MOS位置确定中.

     

    Abstract: Determining the location of MOS is a comprehensive evaluation problem which is affected by various factors, it can be solved by Fuzzy AHP.The main factors which influence MOS's location are studied.A kind of evaluation index architecture determining MOS's location is put forward according to the affiliation between factors.IFAHP is used to determine the evaluation index's weight.In order to improve the accuracy of weight calculation and reduce computation amount, a new quantitative method named five-mark method is proposed to establish priority matrix.Example shows that IFAHP is fully applicable in determining MOS' location.
