Abstract: Based on Function Point Analysis method used widely, a set of mapping rules and measurement rules are presented from software requirements specifications in order to estimate Object-Oriented systems appropriately.This improved method can solve the problem of imprecise measurement results because of human interpretation for calculating rules.Finally, a case study is introduced to explain how to use these rules to measure OO systems.It is improved that this method is applied well.
