Research on Architecture and Key Technology of MES for Copper Sheet and Strip Processing Enterprises

  • 摘要: 为了有效集成铜板带加工企业生产活动与经营活动,弥补企业计划层和生产控制层的数据断层,文中结合铜板带加工行业生产特点与信息化现状,提出了一种适合铜板带加工行业的MES构架,并对物料工艺状态建模和车间生产调度这两项关键技术进行研究.MES优化管理在铜板带生产过程中的应用,对于改善物料的流通性能,节约生产成本,提高企业效益具有重要意义.

     

    Abstract: In order to integrate efficiently the production and operation of copper sheet and strip processing enterprises, make up for the data deficiency between planlayer and production controllayer, this paper proposed a MES architecture for copper sheet and strip processing enterprises, investigated two key technology about material process state modeling and job shop scheduling in MES. The application of MES optimal management in copper sheet and strip processing is very important for ameliorating the flowing performance of material, saveing production costs and improving the enterprise's benefit.
