A Method for Mapping from Customer Requirements to Engineering Technical Characteristics

  • 摘要: 分析了自相关矩阵对工程技术特性权重的影响,建立了客户需求权重与工程技术特性关系矩阵及工程技术特性自相关矩阵三者之间的数学映射模型,提出了一种基于上述数学映射模型的工程技术特性权重确定方法.该方法有助于确定工程技术特性的相对权重,使配置结果更贴近客户实际需求.最后,以某企业的垃圾破碎机产品为例对提出的方法进行了应用验证.

     

    Abstract: The paper analyzed the impact that the autocorrelation matrix on the weights of the engineering technical characteristics.Then the correlation matrix between the weights of customer requirements and the engineering technical characteristics was established, and the mathematical mapping model of the correlation matrix and the autocorrelation matrix was also established.A method for determine the weights of engineering technical characteristics was proposed based on the mathematical mapping model above.This method helps to the relative weights of engineering technical characteristics are determined, so that the results of configuration design are closer to the actual requirements of customers.Finally, the garbage crusher of an enterprise is taken as example, which validates the application of the method above.
