Design and Implementation of Protection Switching Function for SDH Self-healing Ring

  • 摘要: 为了实现同步数字体系(Synchronous Digital Hierarchy, SDH)自愈环中业务和时钟合理、正确、实时地保护倒换,提出了一种基于自动保护倒换 (Automatic Protection Switching,APS)协议和段开销中同步状态字节S1的保护倒换方案.针对网管台下发的倒换命令、引发倒换的告警、上游端点传送的K1、K2字节分别处理,实现了业务的保护倒换并引发相应的时钟倒换.通过对典型操作实例的测试,验证了该方案的有效性和实时性.

     

    Abstract: In order to achieve reasonable, accurate, real-time protection switching for business and clock of synchronous digital hierarchy self-healing ring, a scheme to implement protection switching based on automatic protection switching protocol and synchronization status byte S1 in the section overhead is proposed.Switching commands from network management station, alarms triggering switchover and K1, K2 bytes transmitted from upstream network elements are treated separately, to achieve the protection switching of the business and lead to corresponding clock switching.Test for typical operation instances, the validity and real-time performance of the scheme are verified.
