Abstract:
To ensure the quality of military and aerospace FPGA, this paper conducts research on quality assurance technology. Both dynamic and static, for static analysis, we draw up test and analysis rules, for dynamic test, we develop an automatic verification platform. The platform reads under test file, analyzes and generates test bench, then customer just configure clock-reset signal, related protocol, algorithm model and the verification environment complete. This platform can improve the overall verification efficiency and quality.
