流水线型ADC误差及相应校正策略研究

  • 摘要: 流水线ADC存在许多非理想因素,这些误差会从不同方面影响流水线ADC的整体性能.为了进一步提高流水线型ADC的性能,需要对误差源做一个全面的概括,并采用相应的校正方法来消除.首先对流水线型ADC的各种误差源做了一个全面的介绍,针对不同误差提出了相应的消除方法,然后介绍了当前最常用的几种数字辅助校正方法,最后对各种数字校正方法的使用条件和优缺点进行了对比和总结.

     

    Abstract: There are several non-ideal factors exist in pipeline ADC,these errors will distort the ADC performance in different aspects.To further improve the pipeline ADC performance,general description about the ADC error sources is needed,and the corresponding methods to eliminate the errors are need to be researched.In the front part of this article,a comprehensive introduction to the error sources in pipeline ADC transformation path is done,the corresponding calibration methods is introduced,then several commonly used digitally assisted calibration methods are described,in the last part,comparison between different calibration methods is done and a conclusion is drawn.
