Abstract: In order to research the time capability of the Petri Net workflow model, a workflow process model based on time cost is proposed firstly, the model add the latency time and executive time in the Transition of the workflow. After that the time capability of the model is analyzed. Finally the conclusion is educed that the model is feasible in analyzing the time capability of work flow.
