Abstract: In order to shorten the time of distribution network reconfiguration effectively, firstly the improvements from learning speed and local convergence of BP neural network enhance the speed of BP algorithm, and according to the mathematical model of distribution network, in the BP neural network error function and constraints analysis using graph theory, which accurately and quickly to achieve distribution network reconfiguration.
