图像融合质量评价方法研究

Study on Quality Measures for Image Fusion

  • 摘要: 图像融合的清晰度直接影响到图像融合系统的实用性.在分析现有主客观图像质量评价方法的基础上,提出了以亮度、对比度和信息量为基础的图像融合质量评价方法.利用多种图像融合算法,对红外与微光图像融合后的结果进行了质量评价.实验表明,该方法是一种实用的、有效的车载图像融合质量评价方法.

     

    Abstract: This paper analyses and discusses the objective and subjective measures of fused image quality in existence, then presents a new evaluation of fused image, which combines objective and subjective factors.In addition, it considers the characteristics of human visual system (HVS) without reference image and human visual system model.Many infrared and low-light-level image fusion experiments in different scenes and different kinds of algorithms demonstrate that it is a practical, effective quality measurement of fused image.It can be used to choose the best algorithm in image fusion applications of different environment.
