Process Optimal Control of Sheet Metal Forming Springback Based on Linear Transformation

  • 摘要: 提出了基于线性变换的板材冲压工艺优化回弹控制,通过正交试验分析建立了回弹进行策略优化模型.采用改进的基于线性变换适应度函数的进化策略算法为优化器,以板料冲压成形后回弹量最小为目标,完成了对多曲率件冲压成形工艺参数的优化设计,得到了最佳的工艺参数,在最佳的工艺参数条件下进行了冲压成形回弹试验,结果表明基于进化策略的工艺优化回弹控制方法可以寻找出最佳的工艺方案,有效地控制减小回弹.

     

    Abstract: The paper presents a process optimal control scheme of sheet metal forming springback based on linear transformation and evolutionary strategy. The springback prediction model is established on orthogonal test analysis. The evolutionary strategy based on linear transformation fitness function is used as optimization algorithm, the smallest sheet metal forming springback as the goal, to complete the process parameter optimization design of multi-curvature forming, thus obtaining the best process parameters. The sheet metal forming springback test is conducted in the best process parameters. The experiment results indicate that the best process scheme can be achieved with the process optimal springback control method based on evolutionary strategy, the springback can be controlled and reduced effectively.
