模糊综合评判在人员绩效评价中的新式应用

New Application of Fuzzy Synthetic Decision on Personnel Performance Evaluation

  • 摘要: 当被评价对象较多时, 模糊综合评判法的传统应用方式存在重复操作量大和二次处理较繁琐的问题.文中提出一种新式应用方法, 通过建立模糊级别模型, 将被评价对象集引入模糊综合评判的计算过程, 从而可以直接对所有评价结果进行二次处理, 得到最终需要的全体综合评价集.以某院校的教研评价为例进行试算, 表明该方法能够通过一次多级模糊综合计算得到所有教师的评价排名, 有效克服传统应用方式的弊端, 具有较好的实用前景.

     

    Abstract: When many people need to be evaluated, traditional application of fuzzy synthetic decision on personnel performance evaluation will have more repetitive operation and verbose quadric treating.A new application method is proposed to deal with those problems.Evaluated object set is brought in computational process of fuzzy synthetic decision, and then all of comprehensive evaluation need can be obtained by quadric treating directly.By trial counting to all teachers' evaluations of teaching and researching performance in someone college, the proposed method can find ranking of all teachers' evaluation of teaching and researching performance by multilevel synthetic processing only once.It can overcome defects in traditional application of fuzzy synthetic decision and possess applied prospect well.
