Abstract: This article is designed and implemented a transparent support for programming reconfigurable hardware and software operating system resource management,and system calls by the underlying hardware details of the package,so that process designers to develop a transparent manner applications.Experiments show that the function can reduce the hardware configuration of waiting time and increase utilization of hardware resources and system performance.
