Tolerence Circuits Fault Diagnosis Using Wavelet Transform and PCA

  • 摘要: 提出了结合小波分析与主元分析的容差模拟电路故障诊断的系统方法.利用小波变换作为工具,对信号进行消噪和用小波系数提取能量信息.主元分析具有数据压缩及特征提取的特性,对提取的能量信息进行主元分析,能有效的减少特征向量的维数,简化分类器的结构.电路仿真结果表明:该方法能够实现快速容差电路故障检测与定位,具有准确率高的特点.

     

    Abstract: A systematic fault diagnosis method for tolerence circuits based on the combination of wavelet Transform(WT) and principal component analysis(PCA) is presented in the paper. The WT is used as a de-noise and feature extraction tool. The PCA is used to compress the feature data, and results in less feature vector dimension and simplifier classifiers. Practical diagnosis example is described, and results show that diagnosing and locating faults are quick and exact.
