A New Recognition Algorithm of Digital Modulation Signals

  • 摘要: 为解决信号调制方式在低信噪比情况下识别率低的问题,提出了TFC-KNN (Time-frequency analysis and higher-order cumulants-K nearest neighbor)算法。该算法在信号时频分析的基础上引入了高阶累积量,采用K-NN近邻算法对信号进行分类。算法中所采用的信号特征参数能有效地抑制加性高斯噪声。仿真结果表明,在信噪比不小于5 dB的情况下,该算法对不同的调制信号的识别率在96%以上。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of low recognition of signal modulation in low SNR condition,TFC-KNN algorithm was proposed.It was based on Higher-Order Cumulants and K-NN Nearest Neighbor algorithm. According to the algorithm,the Higher-Order Cumulants is introduced on the basis of time frequency analysis,and the signal will be classified using K-NN Nearest Neighbor algorithm.The feature parameter,presented in the algorithm,can effectively restrain the additive white Gaussian noise.Simulation results show that the recognition rate for this recognition structure and algorithm can reach 96% for different modulated signal when the signal noise ratio is not less than 5 dB.
