Abstract: This design used wireless communication, image processing and information extraction technology to realizing the automatic recognition of vehicle license of mobile phone system, primary studying based on the level of scanning and the vertical projection of the license plate location method.And the character segmentation algorithm was achieved with the vertical projection based on a priori knowledge;GSM technology to be transmitted vehicle license image, the realization is the unattended vehicle license mobile automatic identification system.
