一种基于UC1843 PWM控制器的短路保护方案

A Kind of Short-circuit Protection Circuits Based on UC1843 PWM

  • 摘要: 基于打嗝保护的概念,提出一种基于UC1843实现的短路保护方案.对其短路保护部分进行原理分析,针对存在短路功耗随工作环境温度变化的问题,提出了改进方案.通过实验证明,该改进的短路保护方案既解决了短路功耗随工作温度变化的问题,又能够实现低功耗短路关断和短路恢复.

     

    Abstract: Based on the theory of hiccups,this article proposed a kind of short-circuit protection circuits controlled by UC1843,and the principle was analyzed.For the short-circuit turn-off losses varies with the temperature,the improved protection circuits was proposed.Experiments results verified that the improved protection circuits can solve the problem that the short-circuit turn-off losses varies with the temperature,also can turn off with low power losses and can recover the short-circuit.
