Abstract: In this paper,we propose a method about the DMA controller design which based on AMBA AHB bus protocol,and describes the characteristics of the AHB bus architecture and DMA data transfer mode,analysis the application of the DMA about data transfer,we propose a more complete functional design of the DMA controller,give a more detailed module designs.Finally describes a method to set up the verification environment and verification process,and through software`s validation,correct completion of DMAC`s functions to be achieved.
