一种超声流量计检定方法

A Verification Method of Wide Range in Ultrasonic Flowmeter

  • 摘要: 为了保证超声流量计计量性能的稳定性,超声流量计在产品化前必须先进行严格的检定,本文提出一种可靠的检定方法.该方法在国家检定规程的基础上,分析了流体状态对超声流量计精度影响,调整和增加超声流量计检定规程规定的检定流量点.实验表明,该检定方法能真实可靠反映被检定流量计的真实情况,且操作实际可行,可推广性强.

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure the performance of ultrasonic flowmeter measurement stability, ultrasonic flowmeter must be strictly taken a verification before being put into produetization. A verification method which is reliable is proposed in this paper. This method which is based on national verification regulation adjusts the flow point of verification according analyzing the accuracy influence of ultrasonic flowmeter caused by the fluid state. According to the experiment, the method can reflect the real quality of ultrasonic flowmeter truly and reliably, and can be operated and spreaded easily.
