结合边缘细节局部自适应增强的直方图均衡化

Histogram Equalization Algorithm with Local Adaptive Enhancement Based on Edge Details

  • 摘要: 在保持图像亮度的双直方图基础上, 结合Canny算子提取边缘细节, 并根据提取边缘的幅值结果建立自适应增强公式.实验结果表明将空间边缘信息和局部灰度信息相结合的算法在满足全图灰度均衡分布的同时增强了局部细节, 并且有较强抗噪性.

     

    Abstract: Bi-histogram equalization was combined with local enhancement to preserve brightness and improve performance of detail preservation.Since local enhancement is sensitive to noise, the adaptive algorithm was established based on the magnitude of edge pixels that are detected by Canny operator in this paper.The experimental results show that the algorithm, which combining spatial edge information with local gray information, can not only make grayscale of entire image distributed well-proportionally but also enhance local details.Furthermore it can overcome the disturbance of noise effectively.
