A Target Detection Algorithm Based on Block Encoding and Alternate Update

  • 摘要: 目标检测是视频监控技术的基础,提出建立两个学习区域对视频图像不间断的学习,用学习后得到的编码交替对视频进行检测.实验证明块编码和交替更新的学习检测方法能有效记录像素块的变化,及时剔除干扰像素块,建立的背景模型稳定可靠,提取的前景有较好的鲁棒性.

     

    Abstract: Target detection is foundation of video monitoring technology.The paper proposed two study areas to learn the video image,alternate update and detect the video using the learned code.Experiments proved the detection method based on code and alternate update can record changes of blocks effectively,eliminate interference promptly,the established background model is stable and reliable,and the foreground of extracted has good robustness.
