摘要: 研究了人在选择判断时候的个人偏好和模糊性,提出了一种改进的层次分析法.在构造判定矩阵时,采用三角模糊数(a,m,b)法,并进行推广使用.将之应用于运营商在布网做接入时选择某一种具体的接入技术,简单、高效,减弱了决策者的主观经验判断带来的失误,并通过实例验证了改进算法评判的客观性.

Abstract: Considering the prejudice and the fuzziness of decision-makers. Make a improved Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).Use a triangular fuzzy array(a,m,b) while constructing judgment matrix. Applies in the selection of a specific access technology for operators.Finally, through the example of the improved AHP to verify the objective.
