A On-chip Power-supply Circuit with Very-low Power Consumption

  • 摘要: 在分析无线数码产品控制电路在正常工作状态和待机状态下对供电电源的不同要求的基础上, 本文提出了一款能够满足这一系列要求的片上供电电路.该供电电路具有在正常工作模式下稳定输出电压、在待机模式下将整个系统消耗的电流限制在超低电流的作用, 并通过开关管等结构保证了分别在两种模式下负责供电的电路不会互相干扰.从而既能够保证控制电路在工作模式下的正常工作, 又能够实现系统在待机模式下的超低功耗.

     

    Abstract: Basing on analyzing the requirements to power supply circuits which the digital control-circuits of wireless digital products expect, this paper proposes one circuit that can meet these requirements all.This power supply circuit can provide a steady output voltage under the normal-working mode of the whole system, and provide a very weak current under the standby mode.In this way, the power supply circuit can ensure the control-circuit′s normal working under the normal working mode, and the ultra-low power consumption under standby mode.
