一种新型平均电流模式单周期PFC电流环补偿方案

A Novel Type Current Loop Compensatin Scheme of Average Current Mode OCC PFC

  • 摘要: 针对平均电流模式单周期PFC(功率因数校正器)电流环的设计要求,提出了一种基于高跨导OTA的电流环补偿方案.该方案可在保证频率特性精度的同时,将传统方案中所需高精度外置电阻改为内置电阻,降低了芯片的使用成本,提高了集成度.通过仿真验证了方案的可行性.

     

    Abstract: A novel current loop compensation is proposed based on high transconductance OTA.By replacing the external resisters which has to be used in traditional design with internal resisters,this novel method can keep the accuracy of the compensation net's frequency,reduce the cost of application,and improve the level of integration.The simulation results verify the feasibility of this design.
