Hierarchical Caching Mechanism Study for Content-Centric Network

  • 摘要: 提出了一种CCN网络的缓存分层内容放置策略, 定义了一个分层的CCN网络架构.在此基础上, 定义了一个内容缓存价值的概念, 构建一个CCN网络的分层缓存模型, 区别不同CCN节点在不同层上的缓存空间大小, 通过对节点自带缓存空间大小和功能的分层配置, 把不同流行度内容放置在不同层CCN节点上, 提高不同层CCN节点的缓存性能, 使得整体CCN网络缓存性能最优.

     

    Abstract: Content-centeric Network (CCN) caching system, is a distributed caching system. In this paper, we propose a hierarchical CCN network cache placement policy. We define a layered network architecture, then define the concept of the value of a content cache, to build a network CCN hierarchical caching model.CCN distinguishs between different nodes on different layers of the cache space, .Through the hierarchical configuration node cache size and function space, the popularity of different content can be placed on different layers CCN nodes in different layers.So it improves the cache performance of the overall optimal cache performance in CCN.
