基于测试项抽取的测试用例复用方法

An Approach for Test Case Reuse Achieved Based on Test Item Extraction

  • 摘要: 针对测试用例复用过程中测试用例与被测模块相关性较高的现状, 提出了一种测试用例复用的方法.通过抽取测试用例步骤序列的测试项, 生成一个测试项集合, 然后在新测试工作时检索该集合以实现测试用例的复用.另外, 为了便于测试用例的管理, 文中采用XML描述测试用例.实例表明, 该方法能够有效降低测试用例与被测模块相关性, 提高测试效率.

     

    Abstract: There's a higher relevance between test case and test module in the process of test case reusing.Focusing on this point, this paper puts forward a method, in which the test items is extracted to generate a test-item suite, then retrieve the test-item suite to achieve reusing of test cases during the new testing work.In addition, the using of XML makes it easy to manage test cases.The application of the method reduces the relevance of test cases and test modules and improves the efficiency of testing.
