一种用于NoC知识产权的积极保护方法

An Active Protection Approach for the Intellectual Property of Network-on-Chip

  • 摘要: 提出一种针对片上网络知识产权保护的新型方法——节点激活.设计的NoC上某些节点在初始状态下处于非激活状态,无法正常传输数据包.只有注入带有密钥的特殊数据包进入网络才能激活待激活节点.因此,该方法实现了片上网络的积极保护.通过在Noxim仿真器上的实现,证明了该方法能够有效地保护片上网络的知识产权.在FPGA上的实现说明该方法成本极低.

     

    Abstract: This paper proposes a novel IPP approach for NoC. The designed NoC with some inactive nodes initially cannot work properly. It needs a special data packet with secret key to activate the nodes. Therefore, the approach locks each NoC IP core after design and fulfills the active protection of NoC. The approach is implemented on Noxim simulator. The results show that the approach can protect the intellectual property of NoC effectively.The implementation on FPGA shows low overhead.
